The newest of the three Behla villas, Behla Palapita is a delightful and unique private house for rent right on Tulum beach.  Sliding doors open its bright and spacious living area to one of the world's most pristine beaches, and the Caribbean Sea fills the picture windows in the two colorful bedrooms upstairs. It is the perfect house to enjoy the best of beach living...wake up in your comfortable bed to the sound of the ocean...have a tasty breakfast on the terrace...swim in the warm, clear sea…lounge under a palm tree or put your feet up (literally) with one of our excellent massage therapists... and finish the day with a walk in the shallow surf to a nearby restaurant or, better yet, savor a gourmet meal prepared and served to you at home.

October 19, 2013 - May 3, 2014:  $4,200 per week (**except for Dec 21-Jan 4, holiday rates below)

Christmas Stay 2013: Dec 21-28, 2013 -$8,200

New Years Stay 2013-14:  Dec 28, 2013 - Jan 4, 2014 -$8,500

Rates are per week (generally Sat to Sat - though alternate inquiries welcome).  Nightly rental (3-night minimum) may be available starting at $500 per night  - please contact us for such requests. 

Additional taxes, as well as surcharge for groups larger than eight and special events, may apply.  We charge a service fee of $30 per day.

Payment may be made by bank or other transfer, or MC/Visa/Discover/Amex (credit cards: 4% surcharge). 50% due upon reservation; remainder due 45 days in advance. We request a valid credit card number to reserve (pending payment), and in lieu of a cash deposit.

Payments are non-refundable; provided, however, that the amount, if any, for which Behla Palapita is re-rented during the reserved period may be applied to the rental thereof at another date.  We suggest that you consider trip insurance.
