Our Non-smoking vacation home is approx 1000 sq feet, very roomy and comfortable and is walking distance to Colorado River & Rotary Park, perfect for
Snowbirds/vacationers wishing to get out of the cold or snowy
climate. We have 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, a Queen size sofa sleeper in living room and a large arizona/game room with additional fold out accomodations for 2-4 more. We also have a full size sit down slot machine for fun, living room, dining area, 1 bathroom, washer & dryer in house.  Fully fenced yard, plenty of parking, close to highway 95 for shopping (Walmart) and only 15-20 minutes to casinos and Lake Mohave.  We have ceiling fans in one bedroom and dining area and 2-tv's (cable on your own). Central air and heat. 

Ready to move in, Fully Furnished, Full Size Washer/Dryer, Side by
Side Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker.
Kitchen is stocked with all appliances dishes and glasses. Linen's, pillows, blankets, towels, silverware, also included.
Outside security light.

Close to Casino's both the Avi and Laughlin. Bullhead city airport
