Vacation Rental Description

Cape Reflections is a beautiful, unique custom built Cape San Blas
executive home with large deck with awesome views of the western
facing gulf, a private pool, spacious screen porch,  beautiful
finishing, and located in a private setting. This home makes a perfect
romantic getaway or a great family vacation with direct beach access
via walkway off of driveway. 

Pool area is large with bar, umbrella and bar stools, loungers, lots
of shade and sun plus direct ground level access to full bathroom,
outside private shower and screen porch. Screen porch has lots of
beach and pool toys and dining table.  There is a solar pool cover
which can be used on cooler evenings to keep the pool much warmer.

Faces due west with sunsets over the gulf, a chiminea fire on the
deck, and very private, low density beach area. Cape San Blas was
rated number 1 beach in the US by Dr Beach.  K-9 Magazine rated Cape
San Blas as #1 pet friendly beach in 2006.  Cape San Blas is located
on a beautiful peninsula about 10 miles long, with 5 miles of State
Park at the tip.  With the gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side and
pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point.  See
sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Gulf. 

This house is beautiful with exotic wood finishes throughout, Italian
porcelain tile, pantry cupboard, and stainless steel appliances. It
has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the
prettiest and most private sections of the Cape San Blas dunes with
minimal development for 1 mile north.

Our home features lots of privacy, direct walkway access to the
beach and gulf and can accomodate up to 10 people.  There is room to
park your boat and the entrance to the state park is less than 2 miles
away with access to the boat ramp.  The bike path is right near the
house for bike access right to the state park.  

Cape Reflections is on beautiful Cape San Blas. 
It has a huge open deck (over 900 sq. ft.) looking 
out over the gulf, with a chiminea for evening fires, and a gas grill.
 It features an open floor plan that offers gulf views from 
almost anywhere in the home. The loft affords sunrises over St. 
Joseph Bay and sunsets over the gulf. This home also features a huge 
screened patio (over 500 sq. ft.) on the lower level for those rare 
times when the prevailing cape breezes don't quite keep the bugs at 
bay.

The main floor master features a king size bed and large master bath
with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen
size bed.  The kids love the queen size futon and tv/dvd player in the
loft and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The very
private lower level master also has a queen size bed and private bath. 

There are two dining tables that easily sit 10 people. This home comes
fully equiped to offer you and yours the vacation of a lifetime.  And
yes, our home is pet friendly and so
are the Cape San Blas beaches.  Pet gate on the upper deck.

"Wow!! This was our 4th trip to this area - Cape Reflections and the
Anderson's were amazing! Our best stay so far! We were very
comfortable and felt right at home in Cape Reflections. We vacationed
with family members totalling 7 + pets! Rex and Anne were so kind and
helpful. The beach, ocean, and bay were great as always. We caught
dinner for 2 nights while snorkeling and fishing! Grandma caught the
largest fish (Whiting-I believe) while sitting on the beach fishing!
Took day trips to Wakulla Springs - a beautiful drive and area &
Apalachicola. A great time was had by everyone. I would highly
recommend this home and these landlords! Thanks for sharing your home!

Fall - 9/06 to 11/22 $1500

Plus $150 for cleaning, linens.
