This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom, garden-view condo is fully furnished and comes with a full kitchen and 3 sofas in two living areas, as well as a beautiful terraza complete with outdoor tables, umbrella, and plants. There's international cable TV, wireless broadband internet, free secure parking for your rental car, and even a washing machine. At Parklands we also offer complimentary porto-crib for one infant to sleep in, as well as child car seats. As a Parkland's guest, you will enjoy complimentary access to the beautiful swimming pools (kids and adults), kids play ground, tennis courts, park lands and lagoon (feed the ducks!), running trail as well as to the BBQ areas (with advance reservation). Three Week Stay: $1,645 (about $78 per night)

Four Week Stay: $1,995.00 (about $71 per night)

- Parklands (Premium) Vacation Condo Rates include all utilities and every third day light cleaning and restocking/towel change, and other courtesy extras already mentioned in this listing. 

- Parklands (Premium) Vacation Condo has capacity for a small group or large family. 

-Third guests incur a surcharge of $20 per person/per night.*

-Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth guests incur a surcharge of $15 per person/per night.*

* The extra guest charges apply to all nights of the original reservation of double occupancy even if the extra guests arrive later or leave early etc. Discounts are negotiable for extra guests on longer stays.

Please write to us first to check latest availability, request a courtesy hold on your dates while you decide, and let us know if you have more than two guests, so we can create a special and competitive all inclusive quote for you. 

Maybe you want to stay a few nights then come back again over a week or two period. Just let us know. We will quote to according to your request. 'We aim to fit your needs, and will try to quote to please'. We will do our best to offer you the best value possible.

We will also do our best to make the booking process fast and easy for our guests and offer top quality, personalized customer service.

To move ahead with the booking and guarantee your dates, we need 50% (and sometimes 100% in the case of brief stays) paid in advance as a down payment towards the total quote. When there is a balance (the second 50%), then it is closer to the time of check in or at the moment of check in (according to the owner's criteria). If paid on check in, it must be paid in cash as we don't have credit card facilities on site.

The down payment, to secure your reservation ahead of time, can be paid by US check deposit into CHASE bank, USA, CitiBank in Costa Rica, or by PayPal if your account is funded already (and as such is treated as a cash transaction). 

You also have the option to use your credit card online for the deposit, although there would be a 5.9% international handling fee for this convenience.

All bookings require digitally signing an online rental agreement ahead of time (very easy) or at check in.

At the owner's discretion, we might require a credit-card-hold before you arrive in Costa Rica (which is not charged unless there is damage or violation of community rules).
