Walk into this charming beach cottage and be greeted by the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.  Just out the back door, beyond the sand dunes and sea oats, is the pristine, wide, white sandy beach. You may want to relax in the hammock with a good book or enjoy dining under the coconut palms and pine trees.  One thing is for sure, the gulf breeze will keep you cool no matter what the temperature is everywhere else!  You won't want to miss one of the spectacular sunsets each evening and your backyard is the perfect place to enjoy the show.

The inside of the house has been designed with casual comfort, modern convienence and relaxation in mind.  The open design of the floor plan is perfect for island entertaining and the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for island living and dining.  There is cable TV, a DVD player, stereo and a collection of DVD's and family games for your enjoyment.  The house is also equipped with high speed wireless internet and long distance in the US and Canada. 

The master bedroom has a king sized bed that can be converted into two twins if desired.  The second bedroom has a king bed and a sofa sleeper.  Both bedrooms have a TV.  The beachside sitting room has a queen size sleeper sofa for addtional sleeping accommodations.  Both bedrooms are quite roomy and any bed in the house is supremely comfortable.

Sleeps 6:  King that can be converted into two twins in master. King in bedrm 2 with a full sleeper sofa. Queen sleeper sofa in gulf-side sitting room.  All beds are new and extremely comfortable.

Kitchen has all new appliances; microwave convection oven, stove and range, coffee maker, blender, cookware, griddle, silverware...everything you will need for island living.

Beautiful outside seating under coconut palms and pine trees.  Enjoy swinging in the breeze or relax in the over-sized hammock and watch the breathtaking sunsets.  There is a large table and 8 chairs for outdoor dining. 

Two outside hot and cold showers with direct entry from outside.

Walk to restaurants, shopping, and fishing piers; or ride the Free Trolley.  The Free Trolley runs the length of the island every 20 minutes in both directions.

Rent Bikes, Mopeds, or Golf Carts to explore the island.

Also available to rent are surf boards, kayacks, jet skis and many other fun "water toys."

All rentals subject to 11.5 % sales and resort taxes, and a $100.00 cleaning fee. A deposit of $500.00 for one or two week stays, or $1000 for three weeks or more stays, is required to hold reservation.  Full amount of rent tax, and cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy.  Arrival time is Saturday at 3:00 PM or later.  Departure time is Saturday at 10:00 AM or earlier.  Deposits are refundable if cancelled 90 days prior to occupancy or if property is re-rented for the same rental period.
