Resort Style Clearwater Condo- Come and Relax in Clearwater

Wow!  Beautifully renovated,  large (730 square feet + tiled balcony) 1 bedroom ground floor condo with a resort like feel.  The complex has 2 to 3 story buildings with a picturesque resort style pool in the middle area (our ground floor unit, very convenient for bringing in your suitcases and groceries, is in a nice quiet spot but does not face the pool).  The unit has stunning 18 inch terracotta colour ceramic tiles, classy mouldings, modern kitchen and bathroom, and is furnished with sharp coastal style furniture.  Once you walk in the door of this unit, you know that you have arrived at a wonderful vacation destination.   We, the owners, are Canadian and we spend time here ourselves when we are on vacation.  We welcome all travellers from around the world to our southern home and are sure that you will feel great here yourself once you arrive and will want to return again soon. 

You can book this condo through our local agent, Sam Graham, whose office is just down the street from the condo in the Largo Community.  Although we live in Canada, Sam's office is only a five minute drive away from our Clearwater condo, and she can help you with any questions or concerns you may have  during your stay.  Between my wife Monika, myself Eric and our agent Sam, our goal is to make your stay at our Avalon Complex condo wonderful, and memorable.   The condo has wireless internet included, a washer/dryer, microwave,stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, 42 inch flatscreen TV (living room) with DVD player, 32 inch flatscreen TV (bedroom),  toaster, fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom, central air conditioning, and balcony.  The complex is very quiet and has a real resort type feel to it.  We have a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed pullout (very comfortable mattress) in the livingroom.  (unit accomodates (2) adults)

Our condo is three miles from the world famous powder white sands of Clearwater Beach, with the neighbouring quiet Sand Key Park Beach just south of Clearwater Beach.  Across the street, from the condo, is a Publix grocery store, and several restaurants within a couple of minutes walking from the condo.  Other nearby attractions include: Clearwater Aquarium (home of the famous "Winter" the Dolphin), Seabird Sanctuary (Indian Shores), quaint Dunedin village, Honeymoon Island State Park Beach, and the Pinella's trail for walking or biking up and down the coast.   Other great day trips include: Bush Gardens (Tampa), the Orlando Disney Theme Parks, Kennedy Space Centre, Fort De Soto Park (St. Pete's Bech area) with bicycle rentals.

Monthly rentals $1,650 during winter, $1,350 during off season.  (We do not rent our southern home weekly).
