The condo is very secure and we are not aware of anything ever being stolen from any of our guests when staying at our condo; however, we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items while you are staying there.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, PayPal payments (preferred), and direct bank invoices. 

48 hour advance notice prior to check-in date required for reservation cancellation. 

The following fees pertain to all rates listed below:

• Except for stays one month or longer, Galveston county and Texas state hotel taxes (total to 15%) are added to condo rate.
• Initial linen and cleaning fee = Free (usually charged by other rentals)
• Added cleaning + linen fee (optional) = $65 each time (optional at renter's request)
• Security deposit = $150 per reservation (charged at time of reservation and deducted from room rate at check-in; non-refundable if reservation canceled within 1 week of check-in; $100 refundable if canceled at least 1 week prior to check-in)
• No additional or hidden fees
• All utilities included, even for monthly and longer stays.

Spring Break - March 3 -March 17:

Spring - March 18 - May 15: 

$ 100 / day (two night minimum or $700 / week)

 Summer - May 16 - Sept. 8: 

$ 125 / day (two night minimum or $875 / week)

$ 80 / day (two night minimum or $560 / week)

Winter - Nov. 1 - March 4 (taxes included): 

$ 75 / day (two night minimum or $525 / week)

Monthly Rates (30 days = 1 month; no tax on monthly rate):
