Kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar as well as dining area with sliders to lanai. Tiled and wood floors throughout. Spacious great room with flat screen/cable tv, and formal living room with a tropical look for lounging or reading a good book. Alfresco dining on lanai is also available with new BBQ grill. Master bath has separate toilet room, separate shower and garden tub. Master bedroom has sliders to lanai and has a king size bed, 20 " TV with cable included. 2nd bedroom has Queensize bed. 3rd bedroom has Queensize bed. 4th bedroom has 2 twin sized beds. Familyroom has Queensized sleeper sofa. Home will accomodate 12 Guests. Second bath has entrance to and from lanai area. Den has office area with wireless internet. Rear of house backs up to conservation area for lovely view. Two car garage, nice landscaping.
