Experience Tybee Time! in Tybee Island

This first floor condo has blue ceramic tile throughout and the walls are white.  It is nice and very bright.  It is a side, end unit with extra windows to let in natural light.  The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender and toaster. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.  There is a TV with DVD player in the living area and another TV in the bedroom. Bed linens and towels are furnished.  If you need laundry facilities, there is one conveniently located at the end of the first floor hall. Internet access is provided in this condo. Wifi is also available by the pool and on the back deck of the clubhouse.

A queen size bed is in the bedroom and a queen sleep/sofa in the living area.  One ship mate bunk is located in the hall, which will comfortably sleep a child or small adult. We do not provide beach towels but we do have 4 beach chairs for your use.

A pub table and two chairs are located on the balcony for you to enjoy.We do not advertise that we are beach front or water front.  

Two pools and a kiddie’s pool are on the premises for your enjoyment.  Savannah Beach and Racquet has three tennis courts.  If you enjoy playing tennis, swimming, kayaking, riding bikes, beach walking or just sunning this is the place to be.  You are just minutes away from the beautiful city of Savannah which offers museums, dining and the history that this Lady has to offer.  

Tybee Island is a warm and friendly island with a "laid back" atmosphere.  There are great dining places, shops and art galleries.  The Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Pulaski are nearby.  Welcome, come stay for a while, you will not want to leave!

Rates vary from 85-130 per night, and 600-850 per week depending on the season. Monthly rates include all taxes and fees. Contact for special rates during the low season.  A one time cleaning fee of $65 and 13% tax is added to daily and weekly rates.  Three night minimum. I will be happy to provide you with a quote with detailed booking instructions.

Personal checks are accepted when time permits, credit/debit cards through PayPal.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method of payment.  Reservations made with arrival date less than 21 days out are accepted with credit/debit card payments. A $300 deposit is required which is applied to the total.
