Stroll from this ideal first-floor unit to the adjacent pool and clubhouse, where you can relax poolside, golf, or enjoy the dining room and lounge.

From the comfortable living area with picturesque views of water, palm trees, tropical vegetation and the 9th green, to bedrooms furnished for your complete comfort, you will love this vacation getaway. The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space, and a full bathroom with full-size tub and shower.

In the living area, enjoy the sunrises and lovely view through sliding glass doors. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas and has barstools and brand-new stainless steel appliances throughout, including a large refrigerator with icemaker, flat-top stove with convection oven, and large built-in microwave. You’ll find all the glassware, dishes, appliances and cookware you’ll need for any occasion, plus coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and mixer.

Relax and enjoy the scenery and tropical birds from the screened-in patio after your day of golf, swimming, sight-seeing or just lounging. Beautiful marble tile floors grace the condo throughout, with area rugs for your comfort. The living room has a large flat-screen LCD TV with BluRay DVD player, and the master bedroom has an LCD TV as well. There is a stereo receiver with iPod connectivity, and a library of books for your enjoyment. You can "surf" or check email in comfort in a comfy room off the kitchen equipped with a desk, printer, and wireless internet access. We've also provided a Weber gas grill for coooking on the patio.

2013 RATES

May 1-October 31, 2013: $1,500 per month

November 1 to December 31, 2013: $1,800 per month

2014 RATES

January 1 to April 30, 2014: $2,495 per month

(one month minimum Jan, Feb, March, April)

MULTI-MONTH DISCOUNT

From January through April, book more than one month and your rate will be reduced by $100 per month.

WiFi, utilities and club pool membership is included; golf cart and green fees are not included. Daily golf rates are extremely reasonable and include cart. Rates are for 2-4 people (maximum). Florida requires 6.5% Florida sales tax and 5% SL county tourist development tax. Security deposit and $65 one-time cleaning fee required. Monthly reservations begin on the first
 day and end on the last day of each month.

Sorry, no smoking and no pets are allowed. Definitely no smoking pets.  ;-)
