Small ocean-view studio with a large lanai.  Suitable for one person, it contains only a twin-sized bed.  There is a completely equipped kitchen with full-sized refridgerator, convection oven, stovetop, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space containing all needed pot/pans, dishes, utensils.  Full bath. Air-conditioning.  Television with cable. Secure WIFI.  The condo is on a high floor and is quiet for sleeping.  Utilities included.

The Location:

Nestled between the Waikiki Resort Hotel and the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa, The Seashore is approximately 180' from Waikiki Beach.  From the lanai, there is a direct ocean and shoreline view and a vista of city lights at night.  It is convenient, less than a 5 minute walk, to everything that Waikiki has to offer: shopping, restaurants, gym, beach, groceries, all bus-lines, and Kapiolani Park.

The Building:

Small and convenient, the building is called The Seashore because that’s where it is.  In a minute’s time, you can be at the Hula Mound of Waikiki Beach.  There is a laundryroom in the building, two elevators, and secured entry to the lobby.  There is no pool or parking, but parking is available close by and one of the best swimming beaches is a stone's throw away.

Special Rent of $1170/month for a lease term of six months or more.  Fully furnished, and includes all utilities and cable tv and WIFI.

Shorter terms:

Spring -- March 31 - June 29, 2013 -- $595/week or $1395/month.

Summer -- June 30 - August 31, 2013 -- $635/week or $1495/month.                ***July 4th holiday possibly higher, depending on length of stay.

Autumn -- Sept. 1st - December 14th,  2013 -- $595/week or $1395/month     ***Thanksgiving holiday possibly Higher, depending on length of stay.

Holiday -- December 15th - January 6, 2014 -- $795/week.                ***Christmas/New Years Holiday possibly higher, depending on length of stay.

Winter -- January 6 - March 30, 2014 -- $695/week or $1595/month.

Tax of 13.96% will be added; 4.712% for a six-month lease.

10% Discount for military and kama'aina (ID required).

10% Prepayment discount on all rental rates of seven nights or more (and less than a month), if entire amount due is paid at time of booking and more than 60 days prior to arrival.

Individual nights over holidays may be adjusted. A housekeeping fee of $115. ($175. for stays of a month or more) and applicable taxes will be added.  There is also a $100-200. security deposit, to ensure return of all keys (a month's rent for long-term lease tenants, from which applicable charges--including cleaning--wiil be deducted).
