For the fisherman, you are 100 feet from a boat launch.  The property includes a 150 foot dock  & 160 feet of beautiful sandy beach.  Many water toys available for your swimming pleasure as well as a paddle boat.  Take a walk in the woods, or simply bask in the sun while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings.  Enjoy an evening bon fire roasting hot dogs, Smore's and more.  On the wooden deck is a patio set & lounge chair and other seating.  You may want to enjoy a quiet barbecue at home or visit one of the local eateries

We have over 1,000 movie titles available at no additional charge as well as cable television.  Also provided are board games, puzzles, cards & poker chips.  Local phone calls are free.

For the golfers, there are numerous courses within thirty minutes driving time including The Grand Traverse Resort The Bear that is just over four miles away.  If shopping is your pleasure,  the quaint shops & art galleries in Traverse City and Elk Rapids are a must.

The immediate area offers boat rentals, charter fishing, para-sailing, miniature golf, movie theaters, museums, antique shops, & flea market.

There are many attractions that are within an hour's drive that include The Cross In The Woods and the sand dunes with no cost for admission!  Make a day trip to Mackinac Island & see The Grand Hotel and Fort Mackinac.  Or spend an afternoon in Petoskey, Charlevoix or Fish Town.  Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy one of the many road side parks along Highway 31 & view Lake Michigan.  There are many historical light houses in the area.  Create your own wine tasting tour on the Mission Point Peninsula.
