Beautiful Heritage Oaks is a secured, gated community within easy access to many cultural  This beautiful lake front condo is in prestigious Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club, which is a gated community with security entrances and a 24 hr guard. From your tranquil back lanai you overlook a small, quiet lake which surrounds the signature 14th hole at this private club. There is a separate rental package with the golf club to transfer our member ship  to you.

 The one time charge of $200 entitles you to full use of all club facilities for the entire length of your stay. With your transfer completed, you only pay cart fees when you play the course.  Reciprocal arrangements are in place at about 30 other private golf courses between the period May – October.

 The Azinger/Lewis designed 18-hole championship Golf Course is quite challenging, and is not open to the public. The golf course includes an over water driving range, sand chipping area and putting green. There is also a weekly golf clinic held with the golf pro for a very modest cost.

Also included in your membership is the full use of the 4 Har Tru tennis courts (floodlit) with active tennis sessions and regular coaching by the Heritage Oaks tennis pro. Lessons are available either individually or at the twice weekly clinics.

Both golf and tennis weekly competitions are arranged along with leagues for men, women and couples. Five swimming pools are available with the closest within 200 yards of the condo. An air conditioned and equipped gym is available at the clubhouse, with a weekly schedule of classes for all.

Other entertainment includes a range of evening dinners with live music. The 19th Hole Bar and Grill provides a sophisticated, casual atmosphere as an alternative to the formal dining room. The staff here are always very efficient and really friendly.

Spotless freshly painted and recently redecorated condo is completely stocked with all the conveniences of home. Each room is clean and very well maintained. There is a vast amount of storage where you will find everything you need to make this your home away from home. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, and a large master bath which has a walk in shower and a convenient vanity sitting area. The dining table will comfortably seat six with a convenient serving bar for relaxing and for entertaining your guests. Your kitchen dinette has a lovely view of the front gardens and lanai. Both screened lanais are comfortably furnished for your relaxation. There is a one car garage with remote opener and in addition there are beach chairs, a cooler ,swim floats  and his n her bikes available for your convenience.

It's a short car ride--about five miles due west--to the beautiful Sarasota coast beaches...pure white sand, warm calm Gulf of Mexico water, and spectacular sunsets.
