It is beautifully furnished with attention to detail. Brand new 
furniture includes: Large Plantation style wood shutters, 1 king 
size bed with cable T.V. in master, 2 queen size beds in each 
bedroom and 2 twin beds in the fourth bedroom. Granite countertops 
in Kitchen, 55" wide screen Sony T.V., DVD player, Stereo system 
with CD player, Formal dining area for 6, breakfast area for 4, 
covered patio with italian-tile top table and seating for 8, outdoor

It has a beautifully updated open kitchen. It is fully 
stocked with NEW cookware and tools for a gourmet chef. There is

room has a marble table for 6 and walled with a georgeous framed 
mirror.
New refrigerator/ice maker, microwave/oven, electric cooktop, 
dishwasher, built-in 30 bottle wine cooler, double coffee maker, 
toaster, smoothie maker, new cookware, blender, dishes/glasses and 
silverware for 12, BBQ tools, new washer and dryer.
The amenities include 2 sets of linens and towels for each bedroom, 
3 phones with answering machine, hair dryers,and 6 beach towels. 
Adult and kids DVD's and games. 

GREAT HOUSE FOR KIDS AND ENTERTAINING!
Landlord pays for Cable & Phone, yard maintenance, UTILITIES PAID BY 
THE TENANT IN FULL. 
Weekly or once a month maid service available upon request at 
tenants expense.

refundable cleaning fee of $250.00
