The enchanted Mountain Laurel Lodge is named for the surrounding 80 acre forest of lush mountain laurels.  Although quiet and secluded, the convenient in-town location allows easy access with NO remote roads to navigate!  Most rooms are on 1 level to easily accommodate guests who cannot climb stairs.  Parking in back allows main level entry.  Thoughtfully furnished with elegant comfortable furniture, lovely décor & wonderful amenities, it is luscious & inviting.  With all our special touches, it feels like a warm, welcoming home rather than a vacation rental house.

Mountain Laurel Lodge is conveniently located just 3 miles from Interstate 26 (Exit 44) with only 15 minutes north to Asheville, 20 minutes to the Biltmore House and 10 minutes south to downtown historic Hendersonville Main Street shops and restaurants.

True to our motto, this luxury home has a large hot tub, firepit, awesome massage chair, premium quality plush mattresses with sumptuous bedding, TVs in all 5 bedrooms & a living room 52” HDTV with surround sound and premium stations, high speed wireless Internet, free phone, central heat & air, electric fireplace, foosball & air hockey tables, PlayStation 2 with games, gas grill, quality kitchen cookware, utensils & dishes, and a 12,000 watt whole house generator for back-up power.  There large are covered decks surrounding the home with plenty of comfortable seating as well as an upstairs screened-in sleeping porch. Kids love their playroom and outdoor play equipment. As the local owner, we make sure the home is exceptionally clean and the hot tub sparkling with fresh water.

OPEN CONCEPT: LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN 
The main level living area flows from one room to another for easy entertaining.  The gorgeous wood floors and wood beam ceilings create a warm lodge atmosphere. Dividing the living room & dining room is an impressive split staircase opening to the surrounding loft and 23’ apex ceiling above.  

The Living Room has 3 comfy sofas and an awesome massage chair and a 52” HDTV with surround sound and premium stations.  The Dining Room table has 2 leaf extensions to accommodate a large group dining together.  The Kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, beautiful dishes and flatware, sharp cooking knives, coffee maker & grinder, and just about everything a chef needs for preparing meals at home. A second refrigerator is available. The Laundry Room has a new 5 cubic foot washer & dryer for your use.  There is a Half Bath located off the entry hall.

Magnolia Master King Bedroom Suite:
Double doors lead into this massive elegant bedroom.  We've divided the room with hand painted screens into a lovely sitting area with several love seats, a flat screen TV and a realistic electric fireplace including heat, flame and even a "snap-crackle-pop" sound effects!  The glass door leads to the large hot tub and outside deck area.  The other half of the room boasts a king bed with an ultra-top quality mattress, sumptuous bedding and a second TV for viewing from bed.  There is a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet. 

Jasmine Master King Bedroom Suite:
This peaceful, sophisticated bedroom offers total comfort with the ultra-luxurious king mattress, sumptuous linens and elegant furnishings including unique peacock lamps.  As with every bedroom, there is a television to watch from bed. The love seat is a twin sleeper & the crib is ready for your baby.  There is a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. 

Lily Queen Bedroom:
You'll immediately notice the 13’ cathedral ceilings with skylights and windows looking out at the woodlands view.  The wardrobe closet is a stylish creation by Ralph Lauren and was the inspiration for the room's decor.  The room has an ultra-luxurious queen mattress with sumptuous bedding and TV.  The doors lead to the outside covered deck with more of the white wicker seating. 

Upstairs Queen Bedroom:
This beautiful queen bedroom has a 14 foot vaulted ceiling which lends a feel of space in a small cozy room.  As with all our bedrooms, there is a television, clothes closet, pretty decor and luscious bedding and ultra plush mattress. 

For Children and Babies:
There is a kid’s indoor playroom/bedroom with a fanciful & colorful 9’ wall mural.  For sleeping there are 3 twin beds & futon with plush comforters.  There are soft blankies, tons of stuffed animals, kids’ books & games. There is also a screened in sleeping porch. Outside, there is a huge playground with double forts, swings, slides including an enclosed spiral slide.  For infants, there are 2 cribs, 2 Pack-N-Plays, 2 high chair, strollers, baby bath tub and more.

IN SEASON NIGHT RATE for 1-8 guests:  $295;  Add $20/nt ea extra guest.

OFF SEASON WEEK RATE for 1 - 8 guests: $1650;  Add $100/wk/ea extra guest.
IN SEASON WEEK RATE for 1 - 8 guests:  $1995;  Add $100/wk/ea extra guest.
HOLIDAY WEEK RATE for 1 - 12 guests:  $2625; Add $100/wk/ea extra guest.

Taxes: 11.75% taxes (sales tax + occupancy tax)
Cleaning Fee: $200 - $300 depending on number of guests and length of stay.
Cancellation Fee: $400 cancellation fee per week reserved.

Minimum Stay:  3 to 7 nights depending on time of year & how far in advance a reservation is made.

Dogs require prior approval and owners must agree to our Pet Policy as listed on our website.  Pet Rent: $15/night or $75/week per dog.  Cats not accepted.
