Vacation Rental Description

Rent your luxurious, escape from your hassles, home. Located 
on “Beautiful Lake Como“ Just 10 minuets from Down Town Lake 
Geneva.  This elegant, newer constructed home sits apx 100 feet from 
the lake.  With three decks, pier, built in gas grill, horseshoe 
pit, fire pit and two patios there is more than enough room to take 
in the nature and fun that Lake Como has to offer. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Your vacation home has three bedrooms, (ea with pillow top, queen 
mattresses) and comfortably appointed.  There are  2 full baths, 
(one with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and dressing vanity). Your 
home has an open floor plan with a great room that includes a fire 
place, 22’ cedar cathedral ceilings with skylights, a bay sitting 
window to view the changes in the lake.  The great room opens up to 
the large (16’x24’) eat in kitchen that has a 12’ patio door which 
leads out to the deck over looking the lake.  An upstairs family 
room also has a fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and 2 double deck 
doors that lead out to an upper  deck.  Here you can sit out with 
your favorite beverage and take in serene views while the sun sets 
or rises.  The  spacious, upstairs, master bedroom affords you a 
window seat to snuggle up, read a book  or just sit back and 
daydream while you view the woods that surround the east side of 
your home or the lake just before you.  
Perhaps you would rather share a quiet moment with a loved one 
on the covered deck (16x12) right out side your bedroom and enjoy 
all of natures views.  
You and your’s can enjoy wonderful home cooked meals inside or out 
on the deck.  The dining room sits 8 and with the additional 
amenities you could host a sit down dinner for twelve easily. Your 
fully equipped kitchen includes dishware and appliances. One 65" and 
one 55" large screen T.V. with  DVD/VCRs, stereo system, wireless 
internet access, linens are also provided.
 

Activities and Attractions

Maybe you would rather have someone else do the cooking?  Well, take 
a relaxing walk down to Freddie’s West End or to In The Drink and enjoy the 
company of friendly locals and some of Wisconsin’s best  fish 
fry/pub food. The kids will love the game room at In The Drink or perhaps 
you all would rather play volley ball?  Freddie’s West End is great 
for pool games and good conversation.  Maybe you would rather go a 
bit more upscale yet relaxed? A short ride or an adventurous up hill 
walk will take you back in time to the Club House Inn where you can 
enjoy one of their sumptuous meals in this cozy 1960’s supper club 
style restaurant.  Walk or drive down to the beach where you and 
your’s can pick-nick swim and fish the day away.  Bring your boat up 
and walk outside your door any time to enjoy all the lake has to 
offer.  With a 10 minuet drive you can be in the heart of Down Town 
Lake Geneva. Lots to do and see… not to mention shop! Close enough 
to Downtown Lake Geneva for quick and easy access, yet far enough 
away to escape it’s crowds. A short boat ride across the lake and 
you can enjoy dinning at the famous Mar's Resort or at Kirsch's 
elegant French Country Inn. Perhaps your passion is golf... you're 
moments a way from Geneva National, Grand Geneva, Delbrook and Lake 
Lawn Resort.
