Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious accomodations await you in this upscale executive home 
across the street from Lake Macatawa. Walk to the beaches of Lake 
Michigan or put your canoe in Lake Macatawa -either way you're in a 
great location!  However, you could be tempted to get a late start 
to the day as you may find yourself relaxing in the Theater Room 
enjoying your favorite movie on the 55 inch TV while others play one 
more round of pool or foosball before heading to the beach.

If you are looking for a lake view, a great location but insist on 
extraordinary accommodations that make for a vacation in itself, 
this is the place for you.  All the "5 Star" comfort and amenities 
you would expect:  Flat screen TVs, professionally designed decor, 
2nd and 3rd story balconies, jacuzzi tub, wireless internet,and 
more. 

This newly remodeled home has almost 4000 square feet so you'll 
have plenty of room to move around.  There are two master suites and 
two additional bedrooms.  The master suites have queen size beds, 
one bedroom has a full size and the fourth bedroom is a childrens 
room, complete with a crib/toddler bed.  A queen size bed (in 
addition to the the toddler bed) is available upon request.

Master Suite includes oversized queen, double pillow top 4 post bed, 
a glass block shower, jacuzzi bathtub and private balcony with 
partial lake views. Downstairs guest suite also has private bath and 
is decorated in warm tones and has ample room for privacy and 
relaxing.

The Theater Room is now ready for the Summer 2007 season and is 
the destination of choice should you run into a rainy day.  Theater 
Style Seating (raised flooring) allow for optimum viewing of the 55 
inch Projection TV while the wetbar, pool table and foosball table 
will keep everyone entertained long into the night.

The Tuscany inspired kitchen boasts granite countertops, black 
appliances, rock archway over the gas stovetop and even a genuine 
pot filler for preparing enough pasta to feed your family and 
friends!

In the family room, a rock gas fireplace, 15 foot ceilings, open 
concept and a 32 inch HD TV make for a cozy lodge-type feel.  

A three story spiral staircase inside the home leads to a private 
escape where you can relax and enjoy watching boats and reading from 
the 3rd story deck. From your perch high above, you'll see across 
the lake and enjoy a prized view all around you.  This 
unique "Crow's Nest" is an ideal spot for morning coffee or watching 
sunsets. 
 
A dedicated office on the first floor complete with Flat Screen TV, 
wireless internet access and a mini-library gives you the 
opportunity to stay connected with the outside world on your 
vacation.

Designed with an open concept, you're never far away from the action 
but have more than enough space for enjoying quiet areas throughout 
the home. This is the perfect getaway for couples, friends and 
family who seek upscale accomodations and want something truly 
extraordinary in the vacation home they will spend their time in.

the water.  If you are in the mood for shopping, and looking for 
something different than "the mall", you'll fall in love with 
Downtown Holland's famous "Eighth Street." You'll find other 
great "beach towns" just 25 minutes away.  Grand Haven to the north 
and Saugatuck to the south also make for great day trips.

$2950 per week June 16 through July and August
 
Summer Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve property.
