Located 1/2 block from the Ludington Public Beach! New tile in the LARGER lighted shower and heated floors. Park next to this cottage...easy unload, no steps! Security cameras on site. This cottage is well maintained and clean!

Internet, Cable, Flat screen/dvd TV, electric stove/self cleaning oven, refrigerator, microwave,coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, iron/board,pots/pans and baking pans, cooking utensils, new trudle bed with three drawers. Double log bed, blow dryer, three fans, outside drying rack. You have your own table for two outside your door! New LARGER tile shower and heated floors. No steps to enter or unload! Keyless entry.
All linens provided, dish soap , paper towels and bathroom paper included. Beach umbrella, beach chairs available, please ask.
Deck with two grills, table and chairs, grilling utensils inside of cottage.
Parking for one vehicle along east side of cottage. More if needed, please ask.

Walk to...Lake Michigan...beach, lighthouse, amazing sunset! You are half block from the beach! Lighouse is with-in walking. Downtown is five blocks ..where you can eat, shop.. meander in the local stores. Ludington State Park is five miles, here you can rent a tube, canoe, bike, paddleboat or just hike along one of their great trails! The casino is 22 miles away. Many local golf courses for you to enjoy.
