Hampton Lakes of Davenport is a premier 448 home community conveniently located on US 27, in Polk County (just North of I4 and South of US 192).The community is nestled among oak tree line streets and boasts over 600 Palm trees which, adourn our wonderful community. Home sizes vary from 3 to 7 bed and are all professionally maintained inside and out.Each home has a private heated swimming pool and deck area.Community and communal facilities include a large swimming pool, two Childrens play areas, a volleyball court, two tennis courts and two basketball courts.Access to all Orlando’s world famous attractions could not be easier, it only takes around 15 minutes by car to reach Walt Disney World.
