....Very clean 3 bedroom ranch located in a quiet family neighborhood only 5 minutes to downtown and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes ORV area. Rental features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath w/shower, open kitchen/dining area, living room, washer and dryer, and large outdoor deck with picnic table, gas grill and lawn chairs. Large yard for the kids to play and enjoy campfires with family and friends. Everything you need is here.
We also own a General Store, an Ice Cream Shoppe and a Flower Shoppe. Ask us about Liquor, Beer, Wine, Pizza, Subs, Wraps, Ice Cream, Flowers, Fudge and Fast Foods. We can supply Firewood, Ice, Park Stickers, Information on the Dunes, Off Road Vehicle Rental and Watercraft Rental.

Air Conditioned, two bedrooms that each have a queen-aize bed and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, one full-size sofa and one smaller sofa, large screen cable TV with dvd player, microwave, refrigerator, range, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, baking dishes, pots and pans, electric mixer plus washer and dryer. Five overhead fans with lights, games, puzzels and cards. Long driveway, campfire area, large deck with picnic table and grill. Towels and linens are furnished.
Association amenities include: Heated swimming pool with water slide; 400 feet of shared Silver Lake frontage with volleyball net, grassy and sandy beach areas, grills, benches and fire pit; tennis courts, basketball court, shuffle board court, tether ball, horse shoe pit, free Wifi in game lodge behind the pool, ping pong tables in game lodge, nice walking paths and more.

Ten minutes to Little Pointe Sable Lighthouse and Lake Michigan beaches. 20-30 minutes to Double J Ranch Waterpark , Golf Courses, Michigan Adventure, Pentwater, Charter and inland lake fishing. One hour to casino and 2 hours to Traverse City along a scenic Lake Michigan route.
