my girlfriends and me came to South Beach to relax, eat and party! The location was exelent. Everything was in walking distance and the cheap bus rides were very convenient. Oleg was a pleasure to work with. My girlfriends and me will defiantly be back!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Clean, comfortable, reasonable priced. It was great alternative to staying in a hotel: the location was central without the noise. The owner was very kind. I would stay here again!

looks can be deceiving

Don't be fooled by the pictures this condo needs a lot of work. Cleaning fee does not go towards cleaning. The bathroom had hair in it and the glass shower still had soap scum on it. We almost packed up when I found blood stains on the sheets. The condos beds and furniture are antiquated. We contacted Oleg and still have not received a call back. We booked for two nights but only stayed one. We were awaken by loud trash trucks emptying the dumpster right outside our window at 6am and then to top it off a tree service came in next to grind trees in the neighboring building. Please beware of this management company. The entire transaction was unsettling but because it was a holiday weekend and we were not staying for three nights it was hard to find a place near the beach which seems to be the only highlight of this condo. We will be back to Miami but not to this condo or any managed by topvacationrentals.
