Vacation Rental Description

Location-Location-Location       (calendar is updated regularly)

Our complex is approximately 110 yards from chair 7. We
have two 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condos for rent. They are GREAT for 2
couples or a family of four. 

You can ski back to the complex for lunch or a break. No parking
hassles either since there is underground parking.

The living room has a sofa with a pull out queen sleeper and 
a beautiful fireplace. The TV is accompanied by a DVD and VCR player.
Sony Play Stations are included in both condos. The master bedroom 
has
a king size bed with a TV. In addition, one condo has bunk beds.

The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, plates, 
silverware,
coffee maker, microwave oven, crock pot and more. We’ve added many
spices, oil, and coffee for our guests.

The condo complex amenities include: 
- Pool (summer only)
- 2 large year-round outdoor Jacuzzis
- Rec room with sauna, pool table, video games
- FREE wireless internet in condo
- Only 1 mile from the Village (a pedestrian Village with heated 
  Walkways, 9 restaurants, 6 bars, 2 art galleries, of course a 
  Starbucks, Color Me Mine & lots of other shops (35 total)

You can walk to Canyon Lodge and take a FREE R/T gondola ride down to
the Village. The Village gondola is at Canyon Lodge and only 200 
yards
away. Canyon Lodge is a full service Lodge with lift tickets, 
lessons,
ski and snow boarding school, shops, bars & restaurants. There are 4
lifts and 2 rope tows in the Canyon Lodge area.

In winter, there is a restaurant and bar right across the street from
our condo. A very good place for “Happy Hour”. 

Activities and Attractions Great in Fall - In & around Mammoth:

Over 50 beautiful pristine mountain lakes within 5 miles of Mammoth. 

101 foot Rainbow Falls & Devils Postpile - an AWESOME hike!

3 more waterfalls, Hot Springs, Earthquake Fault, Mono lake, Bodie 
Ghost Town.

Great trout fishing, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking,
golfing (2 golf courses including the highest elevation golf course 
in
the state of California), Shopping, lots of restaurants, bars.
