front or open the front door and the sliding glass doors and enjoy a  
wonderful breeze through the house. Enjoy breath-taking views of the  
famous sunsets over the canal from the heated pool and spa area  
which are directly on the water.  Kitchen is remodeled and has all  
new appliances with smooth top stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave  
and is fully stocked, including coffee maker, blender and electric  
mixer.  
The pool and spa are both new and beautiful facing the southwest for  
long sunny days and breathtaking sunsets. In the evening relax in  
our spa complete with romantic underwater lighting in both pool and  
spa with a new solar heating system added in December 2005. This  
home is one of the finest rentals available, and is currently being  
offered at discount rates. 
 
NO SMOKING IN THE HOME!!!! But you may smoke outside in the pool  
area where ashtrays are provided.

Minutes to the Community Yacht Club, offering a fishing pier and we  
include the fishing pools and tackle, tennis, swimming, clubhouse,  
snack bar on the water and full service marina. The Yacht Club is  
owned by the City of Cape Coral. Numerous public golf courses may be  
found in and around the Cape Coral area as well as shopping malls,  
Sun Splash Water Park and pristine white sandy beaches.  Just 30  
minutes away are the world famous Sanibel and Captiva Islands. You  
can reach them by car or boat for a day of shelling, nature walks,  
and bird sanctuaries or visit the lighthouse and the incredibly  
beautiful white sand beaches. Boating is one of the favorite past  
times on the west coast. You can rent a boat and go island hopping  
(there are hundreds of small islands to explore), or take one of the  
large variety of different tours available. Tours include fishing  
charters, sight seeing excursions, sunset and moonlight cruises as  
well.
