Our 4th floor end-unit condo offers views from two sides on our enormous deck, which runs along the outside of both the living room and the master bedroom. Outfitted with casual seating, it is breezy and beautiful, with spectacular views of the sunrise, the dunes, the beach, and the wide blue sea. Each time you step out onto the deck, you will be amazed all over again!

The inside of the condo is almost as exciting as the outside. Soaring 10-foot ceilings with crown molding, a split-bedroom floorplan, tile floors, granite countertops, a chef's kitchen, a whirlpool bathtub -- the luxuries just keep coming! You may feel as though you've stepped into the pages of a high-fashion magazine . . . except that everything is ultra-comfortable and easy, so you feel right at home in all the splendor.

Our open-plan living and dining area feels breezy and light, with seafoam walls, sunwashed tile flooring, and cool white leather couches (one of which converts to a bed for 2). The giant LCD TV with DVD player stands ready to play all your favorite movies or broadcast the big game, and in this huge room, the whole gang can watch it in style!

The dining area is bright and comfy, with padded chairs and good light -- and that's great, because it usually morphs into a computer table or game center, since no one can resist dining al fresco on the deck. With the ocean and horizon clearly visible beyond the living room, though, it's a pretty choice vantage point, whether you're updating your Facebook status ("Living the good life in Jacksonville Beach!"), playing a quick game of dominoes, or admiring the treasures you found on the latest shopping expedition.

You are going to love the kitchen at Oceania 405. Even if you're planning on dining out this vacation, consider preparing at least one homemade meal just for the pleasure of using this brand-new chef's kitchen! Fitted with gleaming white appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare a feast, this kitchen is a joy to use. Ice and water in the freezer door keep the kids from opening the fridge all day long, while the microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and other time-savers get everyone out of the kitchen and back in the fun much quicker!

The master suite is huge, beautiful, and absolutely sumptuous. The king-size bed will give you the best night's sleep of your life, especially when combined with a little fresh air and moonlight. The deck overlooking the ocean is accessible through the sliding glass doors in this room, making it truly private. Leave the drapes open and count the stars from the comfort of your bed, then awaken to the bright streaks of dawn in the sky. (Or not. There's a lot to be said for closing those drapes and sleeping in, too!) You'll be lulled to sleep by the murmur of the surf . . . or if not, by staying up late to watch shows on the big LCD TV!

The master bathroom is spacious as well, with a deep jetted tub and separate walk-in tiled shower.

The second bedroom is large and airy as well, with a queen-size bed, big windows, and an LCD TV. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and yet another LCD TV. Both rooms are convenient to the second and third full bathrooms at Oceania 405, so there's no waiting in line in the morning. And all of the linens and towels you need are provided for you here at our condo. Need to run a quick load of towels or freshen up the swimsuits? Use the washer and dryer in our laundry room!

Oceania 405 is located in a gated oceanfront building with 2 elevators, underground parking, a garage for your bicycles and surfboards, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a beachfront swimming pool, bubbly Jacuzzi, and sauna.
