Beautiful wooded, riverfront estate property on the Spring River, just outside of Sunriver. Excellent location, just off of Spring River Rd. on the way up to Mt. Bachelor. The guest rental is a large 1 bedroom apartment, with it's own entrance. Amenities include a nice bedroom with queen bed. walk in closet, large living, dining and full kitchen, outdoor deck with barbeque and great view of the river. Outdoor hot tub just steps away from the entry.
Additional queen bed available for kids or additional guests. (no extra charge)

Wireless Internet, Satellite TV, full laundry, excercise room with treadmill and weight machine. Walk to National Forest trailheads. Great place to stay if you want to avoid the crowds and congestion of Sunriver, yet still be very close to all that the area has to offer.
We also offer several kayaks, and a canoe for guests at no fee. The paddling is very easy on the crystal clear waters of the Spring River. Launch from the property just steps from your rental.
activities and attractions in Sunriver Oregon
The Cascade Lakes and Mt Bachelor are easily accessed from our property. We are 2 miles beyond the Sunriver entrance as you drive to the mountain resorts and back country. This is a great location for those wanting to go fishing, skiing or hiking, yet still be very close to the Sunriver Village and Golf without having to deal with the crowds and congestion of Sunriver.
Nearby Mt. Bachelor still has lots of snow and will be open until Memorial Weekend. The snow in the Sunriver area is already completely gone, so you could ski a.m. and golf p.m. This has been a really warm spring and an early start to the summer season is in the forecast.
