ground floor has a dressing area with shower, bathroom, laundry room
with washer/dryer and extra refrigerator for cold drinks, and
lots of storage for beach supplies. On the main floor you will
enter the grand foyer complete with a lovely handcrafted iron
chandelier. Beautiful bamboo wood floors run throughout the main and
upper floors. You can spend some quiet time in the relaxing study or
cook in the gourmet kitchen, complete with farm-style sinks,
refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, 2 dishwashers, a double
oven and a large, central granite-topped island with sink. In the
family room, enjoy the 50" plasma, high-definition TV with surround
sound. Upstairs, play some pool in the game room or have some
cocktails at the bar, complete with sink.
The house has 7 oversized bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and
shower, spacious closets and an outdoor balcony. There are 4
bedrooms with king beds. One king suite includes a sleeper sofa.
There are also three suites with queen-sized beds. The third floor,
a loft area with children's toys, a ping pong table, TV with video
game capability, reading nook, plus 4 mini areas with twin-sized
beds, 8 beds total--perfect for rainy days or to keep children
entertained in their own area so you can relax!

The property is available year-round.
This beach house is not rented to anyone under 25 years of age.

House exterior has a private hot tub, lots of decking, lounge, wicker,
and rocking chairs. Interior has lots of comfy seating,
large kitchen and entertainment/game room with bar area. Two large
TV's -- one 50" plasma, high-definition, with surround sound. DVD
and VCR Player. TV's in some bedrooms. Gas grill with continuous, automatic gas
feed. High-speed internet connection.

Relax at the beach, go fishing, boating, golfing, excellent
restaurants, watch a movie at the nearby movie theaters, play mini-
golf, go shopping at the outlets or quaint shops. Take the kids to
the amusement rides at the pier in nearby Ocean City or Rehoboth
Beach or simply walk on the boardwalk in Bethany Beach.
