***Please call for availability***The Sandpiper is a 1 bedroom unit which sleeps up to 4 and has WI-FI.  The living room has sliding glass doors which lead out to a great open patio with table and chairs for outdoor dinning while watching the sun go down, for relaxing in the sun and reading your favorite book, or for early morning coffee before taking a dip in one of the 3 pools.  Located in the living room, there is a double sleeper sofa which may accommodate up to 2 guests and two extremely comfortable Chairs.   There is also an HD TV and DVD player in the living room.  The living room and dinning area which seats 4, open up to the kitchen which has a dishwasher, refrigerator, full range and micro wave.  It is fully supplied with all your cooking needs including coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes and cooking utensils.  There is a large hall closet to store your beach gear. The Bedroom has a king bed and is elegantly decorated, it also has a TV.  The bathroom which is accessible through the hallway has a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is also supplied with towels, hand towels, wash cloths.  You are right in between 2 of the 3 pools, steps to the shuffle board court and right next to laundry facilities.   No need to cross the street to get to the beach, you are just a short walk down the walk way to your private beach. There are 3 pools, shuffle board court, 2 Tiki huts on a private beach and steps to the coin laundry room. Your unit is fully supplied with sheets & towels and bedding.  You are provided a starter kit with 1 roll paper towels, 2 roll toilet paper, trash can liners, 2 small bars of soap, dish soap & dish washer soap.  There is also: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, 2 TV’s, VCR and or DVD player, phone, alarm clock, cleaning supplies, Kitchen Cutlery and tools such as peeler, spatula, tongs, wire whisk, wooden spoons, soup ladle, meat fork, mixing spoons, baking dishes and measuring cups/spoons and other cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, glassware, coffee maker, blender, can opener, mixer, toaster, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and much more.

On location, you can pick from the 3 pools, play shuffle board, walk on the beach or you may want to take a short walk to Siesta Key Public beach Pavilion (by the beach or sidewalk) where there are Tennis courts, Volley ball and much more.  You are less then a mile to the Village where there are Restaurants, banks, grocery store, drug store, gift shops, ice cream shop, bars and night clubs, banks, salons, coffee shops.  You can rent bikes, segways, boats, scooters, snorkel, fish, dive go parasailing to name a few.  We have a number of malls and outlet malls, many movie theaters, go to a play, musicals, fine dining, Sarasota Opera, The Players Theatre, Golden Apple Dinner Theater, Florida West Coast Symphony, Historic Spanish Point, Sarasota Jungle gardens, John & Mable Ringling museum, Mote Marine Laboratory, South Florida Museum Bishop Planetarium, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, G-Wiz science museum, Van Wezel performing arts, Myakka River State park, Oscar Scherer state park, Sarasota Ballet, Large fishing head boats or private charters, sailing, scuba diving, Golfing, go to a professional ball game,
