We will consider a minimum of 3 nights rentals for July and August.  Check calendar for availability!

Located just off 27th Street at 424 Lark Lane in the Summerwinds Condo Association.  800 sq ft condo that is close to the boardwalk, entertainment and great food!  2 bedrooms (ceiling fans/lights & cable TV), equipped kitchen, dining room & separate living room.  New in October 2012 - carpet in living room, dining room, and both bedrooms.  FEATURES:  4 full size beds, ceramic in the kitchen and bath, ceiling fans in bedrooms, kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils and pots/pans.  Quiet neighborhood, pool, bbq & picnic area, plenty of parking and cool breezes to enjoy sitting on the deck.  TV in LR (with DVD & VCR) and both bedrooms.  A short walk to the boardwalk & beach (right by a bathhouse).  Jolly Rogers Amusement Park & Water Park is a 5 minute walk.  Go fishing half a block away on bulkheaded canals & bayfront.

Condo association buildings are monitored by security guards and security cameras.

You will need to bring full-size sheets and bath towels.  There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

• Family rentals security deposit:  $300, refundable
• Student rental security deposit:  $100 per guest, refundable
• Longer term rentals can be negotiated for Oct - April.
