a day bed at
              the end of the hallway that converts into a double bed or two twin beds.
 
              Amenities:   Patio with table & chairs, gas BBQ grill and a 60' private dock. Both 
units are completely
              furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, linens, bedding, phone, 
ceiling fans, air
              conditioning, satellite TV, laundry facilities and more. 
 
              Is on the Ocean side with deep water access, 300 ft. to the open water.  Is in a quiet 
neighborhood.
