Vacation Rental Description

We offer 1, 2 & 3 bedroom condos views of the ocean from the Coronado  
Shores. Our units are fully furnished and stocked with dishes,  
towels, sheets, etc. plus new carpet and paint. Coronado Shores is a  
one of a kind resort community.  Please, no pets or smoking in condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Units are fully furnished, including everything you should need from  
linens to cable TV and other amenities. A private Beach Clubhouse  
invites relaxation in a congenial atmosphere around a majestic  
fireplace and comfortable bar. Four sparkling pools, eight  
championship tennis courts, private health spa with gym, sauna and  
jacuzzi and the beautiful Coronado 18-hole Municipal Championship  
Golf Course only three minutes away. 24-hour doorperson service,  
Community Service Patrol Officers monitor the grounds and security parking is  
available for each unit. Maid service available on an hourly or  
weekly basis to suit your needs. 

Activities and Attractions

Easy walking to nearby Coronado Village with its exclusive shops and  
restaurants. Ten minutes from Downtown San Diego, fifteen minutes to  
the San Diego Airport and only twenty minutes to enchanting Mexico.  
The Beach Clubhouse invites relaxation in a pleasant atmosphere… 
enjoy the bar, theatre night, card games, Friday night dances. The  
nearby Roeder Pavilion is available for private parties and special  
events. The beach in front of Coronado Shores was recently ranked  
second among "America's Top Ten Beaches". 

Vacation Rental Rates

We offer over 250 vacation rental units; We have a large pool of  
rentals to accommodate your needs.   
*However, city ordinance requires 30-day minimum rental.   
Rates (call for specifics): 
Summer high season (2 BD): starts at $6,500/mo Summer (1 BD):  
$3,500/mo. 
Winter high season (2BD): starts at $3,700/mo. Winter (1 BD):  
$2,600/mo. 
Off season: price negotiable.
