Spacious 2500 sq ft. 4 bedroom 2 bath NEVER SMOKED IN ,  home with oversiged 2 1/2 car garage.   This home comes with 24 hour on call maintainance service.  Located in a private gated lake community only 35 miles north of Tampa Int Airport and 5 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. you are approximately 20 minutes from Tarpon Springs and the world famous Sponge Docks, a short 40 minute drive to Busch Gardens/ Adventure Island.  We are not far from the new Shoppes at Wiregrass, International Mall, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Bright house Field, Spring Training Camp for the Philadelphia Phillys, and many more.

Bed #1 King bed,  private master bath , cedar walk in closet, dressing room and TV, Bedroom #2 Queen, Bedroom  with TV #3 Queen, Bedroom #4 Twin beds.  Billards room, Large family room with 48" flat screen TV, INTERNET  desk for your computer, large laundry room with oversized capacity washer and dryer.

Beautifully decorated in Florida motiff.  With close proximity to many golf courses and parks and local beaches, this is an ideal location if you are a keen golfer or just want to relax on the white sandy beaches. This single story home with an oversized 2 car garage sits on over  an acre.
This home has an outdoor screened in Lanai for dining, plus a bar, blender, deluxe grill and outdoor fan.  The family room has a large leather circular sofa and a cozy chair and ottoman in a private reading nook.  The family room has a large flat screen 47" HD TV and cable with all of your favorite channels.  Off to the left of the living room is the luxurious Master suite bedroom, with walk in cedar closet, dressing room and full master bath.  The master bedroom has it’s own TV also with cable. 

Our kitchen is fully equipped for those wishing to cook everything from a quick breakfast, to a full 5 course meal. All kitchen appliances at your disposal: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, can opener, & much more. 

We have a toy closet for the little ones. The family room is set up for your high-speed Internet and wireless.

There are free public beaches up and down the coast within minutes.  A book is provided showing their locations, also an abundance of outdoor sporting opportunities is evident with the numerous public and private golf courses, tennis courts and recreation facilities. Those who enjoy the great outdoors will appreciate the many lakes, rivers, crystal clear springs and nature parks found throughout the area.  There are several horse back riding stables very close by, for those who wish to ride, plus we are in an ideal neighborhood for walking, jogging and biking.

Families with small children looking for amusment parks, there is Weeki Wachee Springs famous Mermaid Show, 30 minutes north

Tampa (40 minutes) to Busch Gardens/Adventure Island 

45 minutes to Lowry Park Zoo, Museum of Science & Industry, Florida Aquarium

 Maximum occupancy 8 adults.  There is a 5 night minimum $100 per night plus security and cleaning deposits

 January,  February,  and March,  $6000 total = $2000 per month

 January,   February ,   March,  and April $7600 = $1900 per month

 December,  January,  Febuary,  March,  and April,  $9000 =$ 1800 per month

Booking for multi-months requires a 30% deposit in US FUNDS ONLY or use Pay-Pal due within 7 days of email request, and a fully refundable $200 security deposit is due with final payment. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check in (cashiers check, personal check,  money order or PayPal ) Pet deposit is $500 refundable and $150 carpet cleaning fee may apply.

Walk through immediately at both check in, and check out.

The Security deposit(s) of $200 will be held and refunded in cash at time of check out as long as there are no missing or damaged items or extensive cleaning necessary*.  House must be left clean and in "as found" condition.

There is a one-time cleaning fee of $75. for up to 4 persons, and $100. for 5-8 persons. 
Check in time is 4:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am

Smoking is never permitted inside the home
Small dogs under 15 pounds only.  Pet security deposit required.
