24/7 security, 2 swimming pools, baby pool, high speed internet, Wi-Fi is available, but needs to be purchased separately. Usually in Aruba direct cable connection is much faster and more reliable.

Just few minutes from Boca Catalina (best snorkeling spot) and Arashi beaches.

There are BBQ grill and cocktail areas available for guests by the pool.

We just got back from 2 weeks at this property. This is our 2nd trip to Aruba.

First let me say the owner is a dream to work with. He can't be more accommodating if he tried, lol. The townhouse is great, clean and perfect for us. I love that there is a safe to keep your passport & money. It is literally a two minute drive to the best beach, Arashi. You definitely need a car but the car gives you such freedom. The high rise area with the casinos is a 5 minute drive. The complex was great and everyone there is so friendly. The area where the townhouse is located is the best area in Aruba. It is surrounded by gorgeous villas and a great golf course.

We definitely plan to come back again next year and definitely this place will be our first choice.

Thanks Alex, for your hospitality. You were a pleasure to deal with.

My family have been to Aruba about 8 times and have always stayed at hotels. On this occasion, we desided to rent a villa and our son found this house. This place was perfect!
Alex was really helpful and pleasant. He answered all of our questions promptly, tried to assist us in any way imaginable and ensured us that we would have an amazing time. The property was furnished nicely and modernly and also has a safe. It was located in a quite spot just feet away from the communal pool and very close to several beaches. The kitchen was fully equipped and there are even a few beach chairs, which we gladly used on the Arashi beach. We would definitely rent here again and Alex was right we have an amazingly incredible time,

My boyfriend and I stayed at this townhouse for 10 days while in Aruba - the accommodations were clean and comfortable and more than what we expected in several ways. We cooked many of our meals at the townhouse and used the bbq down by the pool as well. The complex was safe and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the washer & dryer in the unit as well. There is also a safe for your valuables and passports. As for the location, it was not right on the beach, but it is in walking distance (however, we usually had a cooler and beach gear to carry so we drove to the beaches). Now that we have been to the island, we would definitely stay in this area again as it is not as busy as the hotel zone which is exactly what we were looking for. Dealing with the owner and property manager was easy and they were excellent to deal with. Highly recommend. Enjoy.
