Oceanwalk condos are across the street from the ocean, 2 pools, 2 exercise rooms, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, putting green, shuffle board, 2 mile nature walk, canoe launch, high speed internet in both club houses and a movie theater in one.

20 minutes to Daytona Beach and the International Speedway. 45 Minutes to Kennedy Space Center, 1 hour to Historic St. Augustine, 1 hour to Disney, Universal and Sea World.

Smyrna Dunes Park provides a stroll through nature with its 1.5 miles of elevated boardwalk that loops around the inlet area.

Riverside Park covers 8 acres and stays busy throughout the year with art festivals and band concerts while Turnbull Street Park is a traditional children’s park with an open play area , and alot of  board walk and fishing docks.

Old Fort Park is a historical park where you’ll see the Turnbull Ruins.

Weekly High season rates is June 15th to August 15th

Monthly rates can be booked all year round. High season rate is January, Feburary, March, June and July.
