Vacation Rental Description

Charming Lake Shore Home on Flathead Lake in northwest Montana.   
This cheerful and bright cottage-style home comfortably sleeps  
eight, has 2 bathrooms, beautiful mountain and lake views, hardwood  
floors, sturdy dock, complete modern kitchen and a lawn down to the  
lake.  The house includes a beach area with dock and large wooded  
area in back for extra recreation.  Flathead Lake is the largest  
freshwater lake west of the Mississippi.  The house is about 1 hour  
from Glacier National  Park, and 10 highway miles from the town of  
Polson, MT on the west shore.  Nearby are numerous golf courses, the  
Big Mountain Ski & Recreation area and summer theatre.  The area is  
also world-renowned for its cherries....July is their peak.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Well equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and coffeemaker  
etc.  Linens, blankets, towels, dishes and cooking utensils are  
included. Outdoor seating, large picnic table, gas barbeque plus two  
large televisions with a VCR and full laundry facilities are also  
provided.

Activities and Attractions

Located near scenic roadway following shoreline for walking and  
bicycling.  Cherry orchard, within walking distance, is open during  
summer months for business. Cultural events occur during the summer  
months along with the option of fine dining restaurants. Beach and  
dock area is used for boating, canoeing and swimming.  Boat launch  
is located at nearby marina.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rentals available June thru September-$1500.00 per week.   
Off season rental by the week or month.  Monthly- $675.00, Weekly  
negotiable.
