The condo is beautifully furnished and has a king size bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. In the living room, there is a large flat screen TV, DVD/Stereo, cable TV, and internet. There is also another flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The condo has a breakfast bar with barstools and a dining table that seats 4. There is a nice patio set on the balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The condo is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchen utensils, and a gas grill. You will also be provided with linens, pillows, bath and beach towels.
The complex has a private boat dock that can be used for up to 48 hours and a very nice private pool, located just steps from the condo. (The boat dock is also a great place for fishing!)

You will have access to Walden Yacht Club featuring gourmet dining overlooking the lake, poolside food/drink service, and a great Sunday Brunch! The Yacht Club's competition size pool, playground, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Walden Racquet Club’s tennis courts and weight room are just a short drive from the condo. A paved 'hike-and-bike' trail runs in front of the complex and throughout Walden.
‘Just for Fun Boat Rentals’ is located just minutes away. Just for Fun rents wave runners, ski boats, and pontoon boats.
Outside of the Walden area, there are plenty of restaurants, golf courses, antique shops, and wineries nearby.
