Master has king bed, seating area and TV. 2nd bedroom has 1 full-
size bed and 1 twin bed, bay-window seating and TV. 3rd bedroom has
queen bed & TV. Separate guest suite opens to pool area with queen
bed, living/dining area with TV, full kitchen. Private 3rd floor
bedroom has queen bed, sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player and private
bath. All bedding includes pillow-top mattresses and anti-microbial
mattress pads. Oceanfront balconies, patios and deck with terrific
ocean views! Dune crossover at your doorstep! Outdoor seating and
tables provided on the many patios and deck areas with barbecue at
the pool area.

$3000 per week
$3500 per week holidays including July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Christmas,
Thanksgiving and Easter/school vacation weeks.
Plus 11% resort tax.
Plus electricity.

Plus $45 non-refundable application fee.
Plus $2500 security deposit.
