Master bedroom has king size bed, recliner, and 32" flat screen TV mounted on wall. Corner balcony off of master bedroom overlooks estuary and lake with fountain.  Master bath includes double sinks, shower, and jacuzzi bath. 

Pocket door separates guest quarters. Second bedroom has queen size bed with 26" wall mount flat screen TV.  Third bedroom has twin beds with 22" flat screen TV. Full sized bathroom with tub / shower.

Our condo in building 14 is the closest building to the clubhouse  which includes a pool with a large pool deck , lots of tables, chairs, and chaise lounges, a bocce ball court, and two gas barbecue grills. Upstairs is a theatre room and exercise room. Very short (4-5 minute) walk from condo door to the beach.

Other amenities on site include  a second recreation center with pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, sauna, and exercise room, 2 tennis counts, 2 shuffleboard courts, putting green, lighted basketball court, 1.2 mile nature walk with dock to launch kayaks which can be rented on site.

We do not keep this calendar up to date. Rates listed above are base rates! Minimum rental charge of $400. Local tax is 12.5%, cleaning charges vary per unit but are in general $80 for a 1 BR, $90 for a 2 BR and $100-$150 for 3 BR and there is a $39 Booking Fee. You can also choose to purchase a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver in lieu of placing a refundable $500.00 Security Deposit.
