bands. Just minutes away you'll find Murrells Inlet's famous

Above weekly prices include everything except linens.  Weekly rental price does include cleaning; however, there is a $50 departure cleaning fee if not renting for a week or more.   

Linen package available for $50, (linen package includes 2 queen size [for master bed and sofa bed] and 2 twin size fitted and top sheets, 6 pillow cases, towels and washcloths for 6 people, and dishcloth and towels).  Pillows and blankets in unit or you can bring your own.  No 12% state tax or administrative fees charged.  Kitchen/LR recently renovated, new carpet in both bedrooms (all other floors tiled) with master bedroom and bath being newly painted as of 2013.

Check-out no later than 10:00am; check-in at 4:00pm. Dates can be Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, if available. Schedule shows Saturday dates. Call for mini package. For other dates, please call for availability and price. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.

NOTE:  Due to damages sustained in the past, there is a security deposit required on all rentals.  You have your choice of $200 refundable once condo is checked out - OR - $49 non-refundable fee through vacation rentals.
