Oceanwalk is a gated community located just across the road (A1A, a.k.a. South Atlantic Avenue)from New Smyrna Beach. Our Condo is in building #7 which means that the walk from your door to the white sands of New Smyrna Beach will take you less than five minutes. It is also located in front of one of the club houses with pool. This beach has plenty of visitors, without facing the overcrowding of the downtown beaches and you never have to worry about or pay for parking! You can roller-blade, bike or walk without the safety concerns of the overcrowded, congested areas.

The Oceanwalk condo complex consists buildings with loads of amenities such as tennis, basketball, shuffle board, 2 heated generous swimming pools, a hot tub, clubhouse with exercise equipment and a sauna, high speed internet in both clubhouses, small movie theater in one, plus easy access to the amusement parks in Orlando, the famous Daytona International Speedway which features racing on select dates and track tours year round, the Kennedy Space Center and much, much more!

Canaveral National Seashore Park lies at the south side of the town and offers pristine, undeveloped beach, dunes and a lagoon where over 250 kinds of birds and animals have a sanctuary.

Smyrna Dunes Park provides a stroll through nature with its 1.5 miles of elevated boardwalk that loops around the inlet area.

Riverside Park covers 8 acres and stays busy throughout the year with art festivals and band concerts while Turnbull Street Park is a traditional children’s park with an open play area , and alot of  board walk and fishing docks.

Old Fort Park is a historical park where you’ll see the Turnbull Ruins.

Park and Recreation Departments provide a host of programs for children, teens and adults through out the year.

Monthly rates can be booked all year round. High season rate is January, Feburary, March, June and July.
