Enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and all the comforts of home. This one bedroom, one bath, condo, is only a few hundred feet from the beach in Wildwood Crest. This unit sleeps 5 comfortably. (Contact owner for extra additional sleeping arrangements) The condo includes the following:
- 2 full size beds,
- 1 sofa bed (sleeps one person) ask for additional sleeping arrangements
- Features 46" TVs with,cable, and DVD player in living room, and 27" TV in bedroom with cable.
- Air conditioned in both rooms.
- Mid-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes/flatware, cooking utensils, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer.

April 8- May 31 $ 875** @ $125 per night.
June 1 - July 3 $1025 @ $140 per night.
July 4- September 2 $1050** @ $150 per night.
September 3- September 30 $135 per night **
Monthly Pricing is available upon request!
*Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are preferred or (Any combination is also acceptable)
If not a weekly rental then at least 3 night minimum is required.
For each weekly stay a $65.00 cleaning charge (Non-Refundable) will be added to the reservation.
Check-in after 2:00 pm Check-out before 11:00 am
