This Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo has one of the best locations in the Aldea Thai Complex.It is situated on the pool level with a magnificent view of Mamitas beach as well as having direct pool access.The condo is beach front and only 1 short block from the famous 5th ave.
This condo comes complete with internet access and a phone for local calls as well as access to the concierge at the front desk.
The condo has 2 big bedrooms each complete with a large closet and a safe for your valuables. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV as well as I pod connections and WIFi through out.
The master bedroom has a king size 4 poster bed complete with duvets and luxurious imported sheets and towels .The master bathroom has a marble and granite counter tops as well as a master jacuzzi in the bathroom.
The condo boasts a beautiful view of the ocean from the master bedroom,living room and terrace.The second bedroom has a unique view of the pool and looks lovely lit up at night
The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a huge bathroom that overlooks the large swimming pool.The swimming pool has a swim up bar
The living room is extremely comfortable with a beautiful L shaped couch that opens up to a huge terrace and a private pool/jacuzzi for entertaining.Watch the ocean at sunset with a glass of wine or a good book..The living room has I pod connections,DVD and Cable TV.
The dining area has a large table to accommodate up to 6 people The open style full working kitchen with granite counter tops and all appliances are a major attraction and the finishing touch to this state of the apt luxuriously decorated condo.
The private plunge pool on the terrace can either be heated as a jacuzzi or used as a swimming pool.
For your convenience the elevator is very close to the apt and goes directly to mamitas beach.You do not have to use steps at all if you prefer not to do so
