Dobbins Farm Efficiency in Banner Elk

Only 2 miles from the center of Banner Elk this second floor
efficiency was built in 2002. Open and airy, there are beautiful
wood floors restored from the former barn. Vaulted beamed ceilings
have 3 ceiling fans.
The kitchen is great if you want to eat in or prepare a picnic lunch.
Bathroom has a shower only.

Located next to the Dobbins Farm House on 16 acres there are pasture
views. You are welcome to walk our roughly mowed trails and enjoy
the stream and pond. Perhaps take your picnic lunch or a glass of
wine and relax at one of our picnic tables atop a hill or by the
pond. Walk through the wildflowers before watching the sun set. This
setting is for the person who wants to unwind after a busy day
visiting the many tourist attractions within close proximity. In
fact, you may end up just relaxing and reading a book in the cool
mountain air. We have very few bugs!
If you are on the go, Banner Elk is known for its many fine
restaurants that are only 2 miles away.
We provide linens and towels as well as kitchen set up with stove
refrigerator, coffee pot, plates etc.
If you are traveling with friends inquire about our luxury room
complete with whirlpool tub in the Farm House.

There are countless activities in this area from visiting
Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, shopping in unique shops in
the towns, going to Moses Cone Mansion or just walking the many
trails around Price Park or perhaps playing golf or tennis. The arts
are alive all summer with concerts, plays and art galleries to
visit. There is something for everyone. But when your feet are tired
and you want to unwind, come home to Dobbins Rd. and take a deep
breath.
