What a great vacation! The condo is in the perfect location within Ocean Village; an easy walk to the beach, pool, tiki bar, golf. The unit is perfect: very clean and decroated beautifully. Anything and everything we needed was there! We plan on coming back again soon and renting from Kathy again! Cindy

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great condo and great location at Ocean Village

This is a very nice ground floor condo in a great location. It is well appointed with what appears to be new or near new appliances and furniture, including a really comfortable king sized bed.  The kitchen has more pots and pans and small appliances than we have at home. The view from the living room is of a small patio and pond.  The neighbors are close but we seldom saw them.

Equally important was the central location of the condo, with a short walk to:  golf, swimming pools, Bocci, tennis courts and access to the beach/ocean.

Kathy was easy to work with and made sure everything was in order for our stay. This was our first vacation at Ocean Village and we plan to return next year.  

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Owners response: We are happy that our guests have enjoyed our condo as much as we do. We've tried to think of everything that someone might need or want regardless of their length of stay. We also take pride that it is tastefully and casually decorated, comfortable, exceptionally clean and everything is in tip top condition.

Great Getaway!

Our stay in this Condo was fantastic! The pictures posted don't do this property justice. It was very clean and well taken care of. All of the appliances were new and the furniture very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and very modern.

Everything from the the kitchen down to the linen closets were fully equipped! The owners thought of everything one could possibly need (they even have beach umbrellas). The bedroom was very large and fit our baby's playpen with plenty of room to spare. The condo has a nice little lake in the back which is a nice backdrop for a BBQ (there is also a grill).

The property allowed easy access to both the beach and the pool. The pool by the way was wonderful! The Tiki Bar gave you that "resort" feeling. Everyone was very friendly. The beach was a 2 minute walk and it's beautiful and not very populated which is nice.

We had a great time and felt the owner was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this property. WE will be back again next summer.
