This beautifully appointed home has the convenience of being close to Disney(only 15 minutes from the main gate) as well as being away from the congestion of Kissimmee.
The villa has 3 bedrooms 2 baths and all the amenities of home.
There are 3 community pools as well as a tennis court , basketball court, walking trail and clubhouse in this gated community.
Unlike many rentals we are not in a crowded condo community.
Here you can enjoy a nice meal in your own private fenced in backyard.
Enjoy the closeness of the theme parks,restaurants,golf courses and shopping.
We are also licensed by the state of Florida unlike many of the rentals you view.
The villa is located in Clermont Hills off of route 27 north and highway 192(Irlo Bronson Highway)
