Vacation Rental Description

Indian Rocks Beach is a small beach town on a Barrier Island minutes from Clearwater Beach. The town 
has Lots of Restaurants, Fishing, Entertainment and beautiful white sandy beaches. Golf and Fishing 
boats are minutes from this home. The home is fantastic for entertaining with it very open first 
floor with sliders across the back of the home that open to a huge patio, some grass, then the 
Intracoastal with a Dock, Lift, etc. Please bring your boat as it is a Boaters Paradise. This is 
not on a Canal but on Open water. The updated kitchen with Granite is ideal for that Gourmet Cook.
Flat screen TV with Cable pick up most of the events you do not want to miss. A cozy fireplace
in the large Family room can also add to the charm of this vacation home. The garage is great for 
storing beach items and the Circular Drive permits you plenty of parking. Located minutes from the 
beach and on the Intracoastal, home is available for rent in the Spring, Summer, Fall and of course
Winter. Florida is popular all seasons as the Beaches and Boating are always popular. Rates vary 
with season and length of stay. Can be rented Annually too. It is fully furnished.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large Living/Family Room with Surround Sound, Flat Screen TV, and Fireplace are what you see as you 
enter the Home. The back is all sliding glass doors that open to a large Patio and the intracoastal 
Waterway with your Dock, Lift and waiting for your boat. The Kitchen has recently been updated with 
new cabinets and Granite Countertops. The formal Dining room permits you to dine in style or sit 
outside and cook on the grill. Two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths are located on the first floor along 
with a full size washer and Dryer. Up the Spiral Staircase...to the second floor loft and you see 
the white Steinway Piano. Very Classy! There are two bedroom upstairs each of which has its own
veranda that overlook the Intracoastal. Each also has a private bathroom. A second washer and dryer 
are upstairs so linens do not need to be carted downstairs to be washed. This home is large with 
over 2500 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath. All the comforts of home...maybe more than home!

Activities and Attractions

Indian Rocks Beach is 1/2 hour from Tampa  Airport, International Mall, Tampa Performing Arts, etc.
It is on the Intracoastal and a couple of blocks from the white sandy beach. Clearwater with Lots of 
Entertainment is a 5 minute ride. There are lots of Golf Courses within minutes of this home. 
Fishing Boats, Casino Gambling Boats, Dinner Cruises, etc. Some of the best Grouper you will ever 
have in your life along with Lobster, of course Shrimp, etc. Whatever you want to do, you can do it 
within miles of this home. There is also a Grill Out on the Patio for all those Steaks and Seafood
you wish to cook up.    

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary with season and length of stay. They range from $$2,800 to $4,000 a month generally.
There is a tax if stay is less than 6 month and a day. An exit Cleaning fee is also charged.
A dog may be permitted. If so, there would be a non-refundable Pet Deposit.
