Pets & kids are okay, once screened, with additional security deposit. This is a safe and very beautiful neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors.

Known to the locals as THE DUCK HOUSE, it has been home to many recording artists through the years. Many hit songs have been written in this home, including Cleopatra, Queen of Denial. Gold records line the walls of the huge dining room/writers room.
