Very private four bedroom Eidelweiss home located on over an acre of land at the end of a dead end road. If you want to get away from it all, but still be close to everything… this is your house! The main level of this home is mostly open concept (kitchen, living, dining) with tons of natural light, skylights, and sliders to a private deck. There is also a 1st floor bedroom and full bathroom. The second level offers two large bedrooms plus a full bathroom with laundry. The finished basement is entertaining spot with foosball, air hockey, and ping pong. In the summer at Eidelweiss, you enjoy access to 5 sandy beaches on 3 spring fed ponds that do not allow motor boats, so they are always quiet. You also have access to Silver Lake where there are additional beaches plus a boat launch for your motor boat.

Fall rate special:

$175.00 a night, 350.00 per weekend,

Ski Season rates:

Holiday week $1,000 - $1,200

Regular weekly rates $900.00

Weekends 400.00 Friday/Saturday nights

Subject to 9% NH tax and 75.00 cleaning fee.
