several heated swimming pools, the Atlantic Ocean, an on-site restaurant and tiki-bar, tennis or the exercise room.
This unit is located on the first floor and has been recently updated
to please all. This is a one ,bedroom, one bath unit with an extra sink in the dressing area.
Having an open floorplan, the kitchen flows into the living room which is connected to the screened in Lanai. The living room has a queen sized
sleeper sofa as well as aTV, DVD, and CD player. A ceiling fan adds
to the ocean breeze. The bedroom is set off from the main area and contains a queen sized bed, bureau, TV and ample closet space. The
unit is fully equipped. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher,
garbage disposal, washer/dryer, full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, dishes, cookware, hair
dryer are all included. Just come and enjoy! Wi-fi is available in
the clubhouse.

Ocean Village is located on the East Coast on South Hutchinson Island
and is referred to by locals as "Paradise Found". The village is direct oceanfront and has a park like setting. Ocean Village is agated community and offers 3 pools as well as a kiddie pool, 2 Bocce courts, a par-3 9 hole executive golf course(high season $4.00, off season free),10 tennis courts, exercise room, Jacuzzi, sauna, shuffleboard court, basketball, volleyball, water aerobics, library, beautiful gardens, biking and walking paths. All this and 3000 feet of ocean beach! Ocean Village has recently been awarded the prestigious "Community of Excellence" award.

Never a loss for something to do, this area is full of offerings. Just 1 1/2 hours to Walt Disney World in Orlando and West Palm Beach. Enjoy Ft. Pierce Jai-Alai, the Navy Seal Museum, the Manatee Center, the Oceanographic Institute, Botannical gardens. Of rentals of less than 3 weeks payment is required 30 days in advance.

Rentals of over 3 weeks 100.00 security deposit plus 25% of payment to be made upon booking. Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.

Refunds will be made for cancellations of over 60 days of arrival date.

Less than 60 days refund will be made only to the extent that the week/month can be re-rented.

Check out 11 AM. Check in 4 PM.

There is a lockbox on the door. Once final payment is made the code will be given for entrance to the unit. Gate guards will be notified of your arrival.
