Rancho Las Palmas Condo w/ Golf Cart & Mountain Views in Rancho Mirage

This very clean, well-equipped condo is located in the fabulous Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.

Our home features two outside areas.  The front courtyard is a private, sun-screen covered area, perfect for your morning coffee or when you'd like to enjoy being outside, but would like some added protection from the hot desert sun or privacy away from the golf course.  The rear patio is safely located behind the 3rd hole tee box and features breathtaking western and northern mountain views. The spacious back patio has a gas grill, two person seating area and also four person eating area. We are only two condos down from one of the 26 pool and spa areas.

The inside of our home is nicely decorated and very clean.  Features a dining room area that can accommodate 8 people plus a little breakfast bar that seats 2. 

The kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space with dish service for 8. You will find that the kitchen is well stocked with different glasses (wine, margarita glasses, etc.) for entertaining and also has a good supply of cook-wear (pots, pans, bowls, etc.) for times when you prefer to eat in.

New in 2011 - we have a four seat Western golf cart that is available as an optional addition during your stay. We also added a land line telephone in the property that will allow you to make unlimited local and long distance calls to both the US and Canada. In addition, you will now how the peace of mind of knowing that if you need to dial 911 they will be able to identify your correct location.

New in 2012 - we have upgraded the master bedroom to feature a king size bed. The front patio area now has wonderful overhead lighting which creates a very soft, inviting environment. We also purchased a new Weber gas grill for the front patio area. 

Prior to purchasing this property, we rented from others for the past 10 years. We've incorporated the things we liked about our experiences and have taken steps to ensure that you do not experience the negative aspects that we, unfortunately, had to deal with. Our goal is to ensure everyone that stays in our home reaps the benefits of our experiences.

For the ultimate in relaxation and pampering, optional personal concierge service can be arranged through Executive Errands.

As a guest, you will have the option to take advantage of the country club priviledges (exercise room, spa, golf and tennis).

Rancho Las Palmas is a beautiful gated country club community with gorgeous mountain and sunset views.  RLP has two 27-hole Ted Robinson-designed championship golf courses. There are 25 tennis courts with 8 lit for night play and 3 clay surfaced courts. (The resort holds special Jr. Tennis lessons during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter holiday breaks) There are 26 different pool/spa areas fully equipped with patio tables and plenty of lounge chairs.

Rancho Las Palmas is centrally located to many great shopping and restaurant areas.  The River at Rancho Mirage is a brief walk across the street from the main gated entrance of Rancho Las Palmas.  The River provides both upscale and family shopping and restaurants as well as a movie theatre.  El Paseo Shopping District is only a short 10 minute drive away and features an expansive selection of stores and restaurants.
