Unit 2103: This is our recently updated bottom floor unit. It doesn't get any more convenient than this if you have kids! You don't have to carry your books, coolers, boogie boards, towels, noodles  ect, etc, far at all. The decor is great fun Florida colors of red, yellow and blue! You can park at your front door and escape out the back door to the pool or beach! We provide many beach toys.  This unit sleeps 6 with a king bed and TV in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with a TV/VCR and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  This unit is very popular with families with small kids. You can lay out by your door or the pool while little ones sleep.    We keep a port-a-crib in the unit because we have a lot of small kids stay here. Unit 2210: This is our second floor unit. It is decorated in West Indies Style decor.  It is truly a delight to stay in. Sit on your balcony and over look the pool and gulf of Mexico.  The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed and TV/VCR in the master bedroom, a queen bed and TV in the guest bedroom and also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit was also recently updated and includes a flat screen TV. This unit is also located less than a minute to the pool OR beach!
 
Each unit offers Internet Access  and free unbrella /beach chair set up. Your chairs are waiting for ya, don't bother packing them! The Maravilla property offers two pools (one heated), tennis courts, a  workout room and schuffle board.   It is located within 5 minutes of several golf courses, the Outlet Mall and Destin's newest shops and restaurants of Baytown Warf!  Many, many, many guest continue to choose Maravilla year after year, come and see why!  There is NOT a better family resort on Scenic Gulf Drive!
